NexusAI provides an API gateway service that gives developers access to AI language models including MiMo and DeepSeek through an OpenAI-compatible interface. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, or any activity that could harm the service or other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You further agree not to use any feature of the service (including audio and speech generation) to impersonate or imitate identifiable real persons, including celebrities, without their explicit prior consent. Voice cloning or voice imitation of real persons without consent is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Usage is billed per token on a pay-as-you-go basis. Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire. Prices are listed in USD per million tokens. DeepSeek model prices are doubled during peak hours (09:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00 Beijing Time).
Referrers earn 10% of the referred user's first qualifying payment. Rewards are credited automatically after the referred user's payment is confirmed. Fraudulent referrals will be reversed.
NexusAI is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Xiaomi or DeepSeek. Model outputs are provided as-is without warranty.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
